01Who we are

bytz.ge ("bytz.ge", "we", "us") is a software development studio based in Tbilisi, Georgia. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at [email protected].

02What data we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address, company name (optional), the service you are interested in and the content of your message.
  • Emails you send to us directly, including any information you choose to include.
  • Technical data: when you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages requested and the time of the request. This is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal data.

03How we use your data

  • To reply to your enquiry and communicate with you about a potential or ongoing project.
  • To prepare proposals, estimates and agreements you ask us for.
  • To protect the website and contact form from spam, abuse and security incidents.
  • To comply with legal and accounting obligations.

05Service providers

We use a small number of trusted providers that process data on our behalf:

  • Vercel Inc. — website hosting and delivery.
  • Google LLC (Gmail) — delivery and storage of emails, including contact form messages.

06International transfers

These providers may process data outside Georgia, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on the providers' contractual and technical safeguards to protect your data.

07How long we keep data

We keep enquiry emails and contact form messages for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of our business relationship. We generally delete correspondence that did not lead to a project within 3 years of the last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Technical hosting logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period.

08Cookies

The website does not set cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising. Your browser may store small technical data needed for the site to work. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

09Your rights

Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate data;
  • ask us to delete your data;
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing;
  • lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (pdps.ge) or your local supervisory authority.

10Exercising your rights

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within the time limits set by applicable law.

11Security

The website is served over HTTPS and access to the data we hold is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

12Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
